Terrible quality

I’ve ordered from the party shop before and the decorations were really nice. However this time the balloons were ripped and had holes in them. The gold foil balloons were not blowing up properly and kept releasing air after being blown so they did not look nice on the walls. The fans only had the decor on one side as well but when I ordered before it was on both sides. It was just really terrible quality. And the lanterns looked really nice but the battery ran out immediately. Really disappointed. Don’t think I’ll order again
