Bunting extremely poor quality - stitching undone on over 3 pieces and couldn’t use as unable to advance the string through. Origami decorations looked amazing!

I was really excited to receive this pack and put it all up, however 2 balloons deflated within 30 mins, and the seam on the English sheets for the bunting were sewn too tight, therefore it was impossible to get the string through the gap, even when trying to feed it through with a safety pin or paper clip etc, this is something I assumed would have already been done and I didn’t expect to have to assemble this ourselves, but if it is something we need to put together it shouldn’t have been made so difficult. The Arabic signs had a wider gap to get the string through with no issues.
Other than this it was fine, the rest of the balloons have stayed inflated as normal and the fan pieces all look great!

Excellent service

Very happy overall with the products (bunting, fans and balloons). They arrived on time and looked great and festive!

However, one batch of the buntings with the English text did not have much space to put the string through so it was a bit tricky. The Arabic batch had enough space so would be good in the future if all the buntings had equal spacing for the string to go through from a quality control perspective.
