Best customer service 👌

I was really happy with the quality of the product...I'm on the countdown right now to hang it up! I was disappointed that it arrived broken. I emailed them and the service was amazing...they sent me a replacement in the post the same day, without me even attaching the evidence of the broken sign (I was out in the day, so I was unable to photograph it when I sent the email). This not only made me feel trusted but totally valued as a customer. Best service I've had in years. JazakAllah
