Eid Al Adha

There were no guidance on how to put up on the Bunting Balloons which was a let down. We double taped behind each letter so it can stay in one position. The pack came with each letter bunting Balloons and a tape which I don't know what this was used for.

Otherwise it would it got a 4 rating.
