Each Eid I always purchase the decorations from Eid Party. I alway love the defo and the variety plus very reliable but this time I had two letters that kept deflating .

Not received order

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago hoping for it to come before eid. Still haven't received anything and they have the audacity to ask me for a review. What should I review? Air? Absolute joke this is. I want a refund or my order to be sent out to me.
